Annual Meeting (Reconvenes)
The Annual Meeting originally scheduled for 01/07/2025 failed to achieve a quorum.
In accordance with the Annotated Code of Maryland Section Title 10, Article 11-109c(8)(ii), the meeting will reconvene on 2/04/2025 at 7:00 PM at which time the members present at the reconvened meeting, online or by proxy, will constitute a quorum.
Elections for two Board seats will take place.
Household Hazardous Waste & Electronics Recycling Mobile Event
Effective April 15, 2024 due to ongoing construction, the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) and Electronics Recycling and other associated lots at the Brown Station Road Sanitary Landfill, 11611 White House Road in Upper Marlboro will temporarily close to the public until further notice.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Join in a walk to raise awareness, spread hope, and support the fight against breast cancer - and walk with your neighbors in the process!
This 2-mile walk, starting at the Club House, is designed for all walkers.
