Enforcement Reminders, January 30, 2023

1. Trash/Recycling Receptacles: Trash and recycling receptacles may be set out for pickup only during the evening preceding and the day of the scheduled pickup. Trash/Recycling receptacles are not permitted to be kept outside of the home unless it is screened from public view at all times. The Management Company will issue violation notices to owners found with receptacles on their lot outside of the designated time frames.

2. Landscaping: Each owner is responsible for maintaining their lawn in good condition. Each owner must water and fertilize the grass on their lot, regularly, to ensure it remains green. Owners who have dead grass on their lot, and/or have otherwise failed to adequately maintain their lawns, will be issued violation notices, and notified they must take steps to bring their lawns into compliance.
