Help with Architectural Changes

All homeowners should contact the management company or the DRC committee for any questions regarding architectural changes and design guidelines.

For any colors listed, homeowners are not required to buy specific brands. The approved colors by brand are a guide. If homeowners want to use different brands, they should match the colors as close as possible to the approved colors.

Lawn Maintenance

It is important that homeowners maintain healthy lawns to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the community. Homeowners are responsible for keeping their lawns green and healthy which includes watering and fertilizing grass on their lots. Owners who have dead grass on their lots, and/or have otherwise failed to adequately maintain their lawns, will be issued violation notices. The DRC has developed a Lawn Maintenance Guide for homeowners that answers common questions regarding grass and landscaping on lots.

Fences

All fences must match  existing white vinyl fences on site exactly, with the same panel shapes and design, consistent with HOA covenant documentation.

While the Association will neither request nor collect county permits, Homeowners are responsible for obtaining a county permit and HOA approval before installing a fence on their property. Fencing is on allowed in the rear of Everett homes.
