HOA Community Meetings
Board of Directors’ Meetings
The Board of Directors’ meetings are on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm.
These meetings are open to all homeowners to attend per the Maryland HOA Act and the Capital Court HOA By-Laws. A portion of the meetings will be closed in accordance with Section 3.9 of the By-Laws.
The open meeting is planned for 60 minutes from 6:30 pm-7:30 pm. The closed meeting, when scheduled, will take place immediately after the open meeting.
