These meetings are open to all homeowners to attend per the Maryland HOA Act and our By-Laws. A portion of the meetings will be closed in accordance with Section 3.9 of the By-Laws.

The open meeting is scheduled from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pam. The closed meeting is starts immediately after the open session.
