These meetings are open to all homeowners to attend per the Maryland HOA Act and our By-Laws. A portion of the meetings will be closed in accordance with Section 3.9 of the By-Laws.

The open meeting is from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. The closed meeting is starts immediately after the open session.
