These meetings are open to all homeowners to attend per the Maryland HOA Act and our By-Laws. A portion of the meetings will be closed in accordance with Section 3.9 of the By-Laws.

The closed meeting is planned for 30 minutes from 7:00 pm-7:30 pm. The open meeting is planned for 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm, but may run late.

Homeowners will be admitted into the meeting at the conclusion of the closed session and permitted to ask questions at the end of the open session.
