COMMUNITY SERVICES
The Board of Directors is responsible for governance and community living. The Board contracts vendors to provide core services to handle financial budgeting, enforce community rules, and to maintain common areas. The following administrative, maintenance, and amenity services are funded by member dues. Homeowners are reminded that only the Board provides direction to vendors and contractors. Issues with community services should be reported the HOA management.
HOA Management Services
Majerle Management is contracted to oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while working with the Board to address major decisions that impact the community. The Majerle Client Services team can be contacted at 301-220-1850 or email Community@accessmmi.com. If you need to report a maintenance emergency in the common areas of the community when Majerle's offices are closed, please call the main number 301-220-1850 and choose option 1. Either the community manager or the on-call maintenance team will respond. As always, if this is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 first!
Landscaping Services
Landscaping services are provided by Blythewood Landscape Management. Homeowners have the option to maintain their own lawns. If you prefer to opt-out of HOA managed landscaping services, contact Majerle Management. Towing Services
These services are currently contracted out to Fastlane Towing.1309 Ritchie RoadCapitol Heights, MD 20743Phone: 301- 420-4012The towing contractor follows county laws and the Association’s Parking Policy. Homeowners are encourage to call Fastlane or Majerle if they observe vehicles violating the Association's parking policy.
If your vehicle is towed, please check the towing signs at the entrances of the community for how to retrieve your vehicle.

Pet Waste Stations
Pet waste stations are maintained by Doody Calls. Homeowners are reminded that they must pick-up waste left by their pets. It is the law. Pet waste can be hazardous to the health of animals and humans. Over time, it can attract pests and rodents.
Report overflowing stations, broken stations, or stations that need replacements bags to Majerle Management.
Security Services
The Association contracted Harken Security Services, LLC to provide security services for our community. These security officers act as a visible deterrent to crime while ensuring a safe environment. Security officers patrol, observe, and report incidents to Harken and the HOA, and notify law enforcement (911) when criminal activity is afoot. Security officers shall also notify law enforcement (911) when incidents/situations get out of their control. Homeowners should always contact the County's non-emergency line or 911 when they observe security incidents.
