What is an Annual Meeting
The HOA annual meeting is a meeting of the members (homeowners) held to conduct elections of the Board of Directors.
A quorum consisting of twenty-percent (20%) of homeowners is required for any action at the annual meeting, i.e., there needs to be at least 62 homeowners present or proxied to conduct the election.
If the Association fails to meet its quorum requirement, the meeting cannot proceed and the election cannot be held. Any business conducted when a quorum is not met is considered null and void. A new meeting date will be scheduled and all present will be considered a quorum.

Board of Directors Nominations
Elections of Directors of the Association will be held during the Annual Meeting. There is one (1) board member position that will be open. Members are encouraged to nominate themselves or another member to serve on the board of directors. Names of nominees received, in writing, by 12/23/2025 will appear on the ballot. If at least two (2) nominations are received by the deadline, nominations will not be taken from floor.

Board of Directors Meeting
Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors will convene a Board of Directors meeting at which, among other board business, the directors will elect officers among themselves. This meeting is open to the members and will use the same meeting link as listed for the Annual Meeting.
